C&D Technologies Shanghai前身为美国 Datel Inc.在中国的独资公司,成立于2003年4月。DATEL Inc.是一家国际性的电子制造企业,1970年从美国GE公司分离,具有丰富的产品生产线,其中电源产品以DC/DC转换器和AC/DC为主,还提供数字面板表、数据采集器等包含工业级和军用级的产品,在国际上享有相当高 的产品知名度。2004年6月,Datel Inc被美国C&D Technologies Inc.收购,其在华公司也一同并入C&D Tehcnologies,成为其在中国集研发、设计、生产、销售、服务于一体的分公司。
C&D Technologies日前推出一款新的全集成、10MSPS双采样、14-bit分辨率模数转换器(A/D转换器)——ADSD-1410S。它是C&D 2MSPS A/D转换器ADSD-1402S的升级产品。
功能完整的ADSD-1410S理想适合用于低噪音高性能要求的高速数据采集系统中。典型的应用包括医疗仪器、雷达I/Q、数字信号处理和商业及军事用途的仪器和ATE。
采用40pin TDIP标准封装,ADSD-1410S提供两种规格。标准产品的温度范围是0℃~+70℃,而ADSD-1410S-EX适合–55℃~+125℃的温度范围。该产品在操作温度范围内具有“无误码”的工作表现。
ADSD-1410S适合时间和频率领域的应用,具有±2.5V的输入范围和全面的标准特性。包括两个快速(fast-settling)采样/保持放大器、两个14-bit A/D转换器、多组输出缓冲、一个精确参考、边沿触发和时续及控制逻辑操作从所需的双或单启动转换脉冲。
该产品提供的一系列管脚功能使模拟输入范围得以扩展。ADSD-1410S的数字输出可以驱动5V或3V逻辑系统。ADSD-1410S参数包括76dB的信噪比和-83dB的总谐波失真、以及出众的积分非线性和微分非线性表现。该产品只需要±5V供电,功耗1.6W,应用可扩展至宽带领域和FFT测试。
