　公司拥有一支高素质、充满活力、富有创造力的员工队伍。公司研发力量雄厚，产品研发中心以沈晗先生（原国家航天工业部电源专家）为主导的，一批富有多年数码产品电源设计经验的资深工程师组成。其中博士生1人、研究生2人、本科生17人，专科生19人。
　公司发展的方向是绿色、环保的应用产品，“太阳能数字移动电源”，由熊猫电子集团OEM联合配套生产，以高科技、高起点为龙头，率先在国内推出了一系列移动数字智能型电源产品，太阳能型、环保型、智能型、迷你型等；公司拥有独立的知识产权产品1项，正在申请的有两项，注册商标2个。它的主要应用特点：支持各类移动终端类产品实现天然无障碍全程式充电、供电，可实现对各类掌上移动终端数码类电器——3G手机、小灵通、CD、DVD、PDA、PMP、数码相机、摄像机、笔记本电脑、收音机、剃须刀等……并支持手机视频影院、游戏、娱乐等。
