基于DSP井下无工频变压器照明电源系统的检测

摘要:本文针对目前煤矿井下工频变压器照明电源系统保护距离短、稳定性差、对电网污染和不能自动调节的问题,在使用电力电子变压器的基础上,设计了以DSP为核心的数字化矿井127V照明电源的检测电路。详细介绍了检测电路的软硬件设计,以及检测电路的实验结果。该系统体积小,造价低,调试结果表明可实现全电路保护和自动保护,满足国家安全生产标准对现如今煤矿井下电源的要求。

Abstract:The nonindustrial frequency transformer lighitng power supply system that most coal mines currently use has the problems of short protection distance, bad reliability, pollution to the grid and the disability of autonomous adjustment. The article thus designed test circuit for digital 127V lighting power supply applicable to mines, based on power electronic transformer, with DSP as its core to solve the problems. The author explains in detail the design of hard ware and software of the test circuit, and also its experimental results. The new system has a small size and low cost and debugging results show that it can realize protection of the whole circuit and also self-protection, which can meet the requirements of the national security standards for current coal mines power supply.
