自适应导通时间降压电路的虚拟ESR环路设计

摘要:由于陶瓷电容极小的ESR的原因,自适应导通时间降压电路在输出全陶瓷电容的情况下,输出电压无法提供足够的同电感电流相位的纹波电压做反馈使用,只能靠虚拟ESR电路提供足够的纹波来做反馈使用,并保证电路的正确工作。本文介绍了一种虚拟ESR电路的设计方式。
