大功率风电变流器中的母排设计

摘要:针对风电变流器功率密度大、工作环境恶劣、满负荷运行时间长、功率波动大等特点,本文提出了大功率风电变流器直流侧母排设计原则及其结构设计要点。主要内容包括:减小母排电感、减小功率器件受力、母排防护等。最后对实际设计案例进行了剖析,进一步验证本文的主要观点。
