静电放电保护和片式压敏电阻器(续)

摘要:静电是由于处在不同带电序列位置的物体之间接触分离,使物体上的正负电荷失去平衡而发生的现象。随着电子设备功能的增加,输入∕输出连接器也随之增多,这为静电放电(ESD) 提供了进入电路的路径。因此,有必要采用静电放电保护元件,在静电放电进入电路板之前有效抑制静电放电事件的发生。本文详细分析了静电的产生及其危害,以及对静电产生的控制和对静电放电采取的防护措施。
