抑制单级功率因数校正变换器中电容电压的方法

摘要:本文分析了单级功率因数校正变换器存在储能电容电压过高的内在原因,提出了抑制电容电压应力的几种方案,并进行了电路分析和仿真试验。根据实验和电路分析结果,串联充电、并联放电方案,电感电流临界工作模式方案在抑制储能电容电压方面是两种最优的解决方案。

Abstract:The inherent reason of the high capacitor voltage stress of single stage power factor correction converter is analyzed, and then, several possible resolving schemes is discussed, finally some of practical implementation circuit topologies are given. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the both series-charging, parallel-discharging capacitors scheme and a novel boundary working mode are deemed to be more viable than the others methods.
